VRC Tempo

Comments:
Ran after work. Felt really energetic and in good spirits. Dry weather, mostly light. Ran West PRE for warm-up, doing strides along the way.

Pre-tempo: felt a LOT of tenseness in B hamstrings/SIJ (L worse than R!), which was weird. Thought about bagging the tempo, but went ahead with it.

Tempo felt GREAT - focusing on MORE hamstring/heel recovery. Stride felt longer and more effortless. DIdn't look at splits.

Bummed when I saw them! 5:54, 5:55, 5:53. Sheesh! SLOW. At least it felt good.
