Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
was only planning on doing the warm up today with the team but wanted to run fast so i did a few intervals with them. did 2x600 and 3x200. splits were (1:59, 1:57, 33, 31, 30) they all felt pretty good, but i was being cautious not to do anything crazy and hurt myself. the incisions were a little sore all evening though. i'm excited for outdoor now!
