Right after the run. Felt sore from the run, and didnt feel that great on the bike. Ditched the ipod and watched ESPN. Kinda dazed from the experience, and didnt feel into the workout. Ill fit it into the bike tomorrow. Ehh would describe it.

Went down to stretch Static 3, roll, L7 on my own, thinking about the situation. Not gonna lie, was in a pretty bad mood. Did EFT and accepted what happened, that I am in this state, and that it will take time, and that it IS NOT the end of the world right now. I honestly felt better after that, and went over to do abs and hips with Drew. In promptu ice bath to get a better penetration on my back.

I have packed up, realized what I need to do. And its these things that actually help me achieve my goals.
