First Workout of Outdoor.... Inside on a treadmill

Weather: indoors, a little hot

Comments:
First workout in two weeks, 5 mile tempo descending series, going 6:11, 6:00, 5:47, 5:36, 5:19. Was tough on my legs, especially last mile, but aerobically felt fine. Haven't lost anything aerobically from indoors, good sign!
