Comments:
solid workout 3x7x200 all at mile pace. 32's for first set with maybe one 33. 32's for second with a couple high 31's, 32's for last set until we had a minute rest before each of the last four, where i ran 29 for all of them. ran in trainers, felt in a great rhythm but don't have that top end speed right now. not too worried about that, i'm just really happy that 32's felt comfortable in trainers for all of them. never once crossed the line and felt like i was bending over gasping for air. the last couple my legs just weren't there to go 27 or 28.
