Comments:
Got in a swim in the lunch session. Talked to Jess before, and she is thinking its getting up there in time, wondering why my back is still strained. Talk to the doc on Tuesday, because it is getting close to crunch time where I need to start running again... dont panic though.
5 kick, 10 swim (4 breaths), 5 kick. Felt ok, kinda winded actually. Quick stretch then outa there.
