Veale, Cedar, Bellfield out and back
With Cromer, Farkas, Tim, Dave, and Grese

Rest on Veale Track due to frigid temperatures(ears numb from just the warmup)

5*1600m tempo w/2 min recovery, with Dave, Tim, and Chris, splits: 5:20, 5:20, 5:19, 5:20, 5:19, took turns leading intervals, not too bad, about 3:30 rest before 400s

4*400m at goal race pace w/400m jog recovery, with Tim, Dave, and Chris, splits: 73, 75, 74, 73, a little faster than my goal of 76 but felt good

Stretch, 30 Ibis, pushups, aggravated my blood blister on my right pinky toe again.
