Is the depression setting in yet? I want to be out of this rut, into my semester. A lot of stuff is swirling around in my head, and I dont know what to think. I am amazed that I have kept it together this well. I dont know how much longer it will last...

Biked at an uptempo pace, wasnt too bored actually.

Stretch, roll, L7, and a bunch of abs. Joe from Jersey joined in too. Iced with a bag since training room was busy with the basketball games (We stayed after and watched it was a lot of fun) I am actually feeling better. Just sore not sharp tightness... I am confident I will be running next week.

Shit on CMU tomorrow
