4 x mile 2 min rest: 5:27, 5:21, 5:28, 5:15; 4 x 400m 77,76, 75, 73.

I don't really know where this came from. Coach gave me a 5:40-5:50 range, but my first one was really fast b/c I got pulled forward by Carter, T. Smith, and Ontko. I started way after them on the 2nd one to try to actually hit my goal pace but I went faster. I tried to hold on for the last 2, and Mike W really helped my to keep hitting faster repeats. This workout was 10 seconds/repeat faster than 2 weeks ago and w/ 90 seconds less rest.
