Weather: A little chilly but not bad

Comments:
Picked up a nasty cramp right at the end of the warmup which lasted until 2 miles in. Once that went away, I was feeling pretty decent and quite relaxed. 20 minutes out and 10 minutes back, so I got passed by the fast group partway through my cooldown and they were cruising at workout pace still. Got back and added on five laps with Tim around Van Horne (barefoot for me).
