Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Early warmup, static stretch and whatnot then wait around then 15 minute yog and race at 12ish. Quite content with this race. Was going back and forth with a Good Counsel girl, some elbows were thrown around and whatnot. I need to get more aggressive or just not being the one backing off, was in lane 2 for a good chunk, because if I was behind, she'd keep her pace but if I tried to go in front she'd sprint and if I'd pass shed throw out an elbow and pass again. Anyway, needed to and start going more on the 3rd 800. PR! quite content, but there's still a lot to be done. Very happy though being where I am at this point in the season with very little turnover work. Ready for turnover work to start, won't be pretty to begin with though. Calves shot, but will roll out an whatnot tomorrow!
