Another week of xtraining in the books. How many more? I am going to try running tomorrow to see if what I am feeling now is just weakness, not a strain. I also might see the doctor on Tuesday if necessary, at Jess' advice.
Anyways, late night last night but got down to the pool. It was hectic with the basketball games, and took a while ot get into the locker rooms. anywyas, did 5 kick, 10 swim x3. With the swim, tried 4 breaths, but ended up going to 3 a fair amount of times. It was tough def bored by the end.
Stretch, roll L7 in the locker room. No shower because NYU was in there. Now my hair is all gross and my skin is so itchy.
