Weather: Veale and chilly
Comments:
First part was Toby's workout with him. Alternating 800's at 2:45 and 4:00 with 2' rest. Nailed the times except the first one was 2 seconds fast. (Rubin: I should just hire you full-time to run with the multis.) Cooled down on Van Horne barefoot.
Lifted (bench, shoulder press)
Drew showed up just as I was trying to find some motivation to get out the door for more miles. He cut his run a little short and added on after so we went to N Woodland and back. Felt okay. Gotta do better at BW. If there's a DMR, I want to run the 1200 leg and just blow it out the way I should have yesterday instead of saving up for a race that might turn out shitty regardless. If not I want to run the open mile. Maybe jump in a 4x4 at the end but that's not the important part here. I have to do better. I WILL do better. No more shitty racing. Sorry guys.
