Weather: Mid-40s, sunny, slightly windy

Comments:
One of those runs where I had to talk to myself almost the whole time "you can do it - just make it to the end of this stretch, etc." Legs felt like lead (probably from the 60-min workout the day before). Massive headached (slightly hungover from Saturday night) Had to bring the pace down to a 10-min mile. Can't believe I actually stuck with it.
