Weather: Cool, dark
Comments:
First run back after 4 days with a stomach bug. MAF and JDB ill as well :( Felt a bit stiff and was well off the pace but managed to push out the full 25min run. See how I feel later in the day to see whether I get back into full training or wait another 48hours.I don't want to push things too hard, too early.
