2x6, 3x8, 2x6. ended up with about 3:45 rest. 1:47, 1:44, 2:18, 2:18, 2:18, 1:38, 1:32. closed in 28 or 29 the last 200, really hammered it home. felt great at the end, a little sluggish at the start. great workout, though. happy with this one.
