WEll Jess thought it would be ok to jog today. It has been 2 whole weeks with no real running, the time it should take for a strained back. I heated before hand, biofreeze, then went with Aaron as he cooled down. Looped up to Ugly statue and back. Honestly, I would give it a sideways thumb. It didnt not hurt as much as the test drive last week. It felt weak, achy and sore, not tight, strained and constrictive. I guess thats better??? I could still feel it, and it was fairly uncomfortable. 2 miles was decent, but I prob couldnt have done much more. It was also a simple pace.

I dont know what to say/feel. I have been handleing the patience very well so far, but I do need to start running soon. I wanted to get in an indoor race, but what happens happens. The most important thing is to be in prime racing condition and preparation for All Ohio and Conference. My ultimate goal is to throwdown hardcore at those meets. This season will be a success if I improve each race, unlike last season.

This week will be important for me. I am also pretty sure I will see the doc tomorrow, and talk to Jess. No matter what, I still plan on being ready for those outdoor races. That is my time.

Got back, hit the bike for a while

Went down for rehab right after

After rehab, back up to stretch static 1, roll and L7 and abs. I felt ok after practice actually, walking around feels perfectly normal. I shouldnt doubt myself and doubt the future. No one knows whats gonna happen... Took a good ice bath with Steel after, watching that godawful music video Sophia showed us... I almost wanted to drown myself in the ice bath. Fucking Peacocks...

Ace 50 with 60 pushups at the end.
