Thought we were having a baby today. Drank some coffee and walked with Barb and waited...no baby. Too amped up to sleep, so off to the gym for a late run. Kept a good pace throughout and picked it up in the last 2 miles. Really feeling stronger lately: maybe a result of some weight loss. Drank 20oz water.
