Exercise Type: Bike

Got to veale, screwed around for a little, but eventually went down, heated and got ready to go bike. When I first got up to the cardio room, the bike with out foot straps was the only one available. Went on that one for like 10 minutes, then hopped over to a better bike. Tried a setting called "Around the World". It was a tour of the world, swithing continent every 10 mins or so, with all the famous hills. I think the setting level was down, because it wasnt that hard. Kinda fun. Now that I think about it, its sad that I havnt been out much. I havnt gone up to NP, or Meadowbrook, or MLK in almost 3 weeks... It makes me very sad.
After, went down to jog on the track a little. More on that later.
Stretch static 2, roll L7, hips, abs (Showing mens health im not a pussy), ice all before the doctor visit. More on that later.
