Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cold windy and cloudy at 28 deg.
Comments:
This went bad...did 1 mile warm up, then 30 sec on/off (felt pretty good) then went to the track and was supposed to hit 79, 75, 71 for a 1200 4 times...got close the first time and then it was all downhill (400 rest in between)...then had to do 4x200 hard with 200 in between, finished with an easy 3 miles.
