Apartment Gym Spinner
6:40PM. Sleep: 7 hr. Woke up this morning and left heel still hurt, played it safe and cross trained today, listened to CAKE, worked up a sweat, simple workout, progressed up to gear 15 and then back down, 5 minutes at 5 or lower, 5 minutes at 10, up 1 a minute to 15 and back down (gear kept sliding back down to 11 but I held it with my hand), stretch, crunches & pushups, hope it is not a stress fracture
