Did another 600 workout today. These really aren't that tough. The 300's at the end felt fast. I was all out on the last one and the top guys still smashed me by 3 seconds. Splits were 1:39 1:39 1:39 1:39 1:39. 10 minute easy tempo, then 300s in 50 47 44.
