Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a bit longer lunch, so I jammed the tempo into the noon run. Did 4-6 strides, then started at the 2M mark on the NE side. Felt pretty good and let the breathing go a bit (faster), and wound up with a pretty nice cutdown: 5:47, 5:48, 5:35. Nice to be in the :40s and :30s again.
Back got REALLY SORE in the afternoon - I think I slipped into extension again. F.
