Comments:
Pretty good run: very light mist, but trail was still solid. No cramps or deucing, which was nice. R hip, L achilles fine. Back felt 100% except a few twinges on the long downhill down Willamette.
Dan-O brought PBR as the beer! :p He also brought Total Dom, but we just drank the PBR.
