Exercise Type: Bike

Its getting hectic, and I got right to veale and got started. STEM and heat right before practice. Then up to the cardio room. Ditched the Ipod, thought I could make it the whole way. Stopped for a bathroom break at 20 min, also realizing I never set the bike on to the interval workout. Whatevs was just a warm up I guess. Then next part did the 1 on, 1 off, kicking it up a gear on the hard parts. Felt decent back didnt really hurt at all on the bike. Burned a ton of calories again. Also, who needs and Ipod? entertained the whole time.
Back rehab downstairs
Back up to stretch, roll, L7 and do core and pushups. Saw peoople finish up and start their workouts. It looked awesome to go fast. Still staying patient, ready for my time to come.
Saw coach in the hallway. Coach entered me in the meet this weekend, which isnt happening. I have scrapped indoor completely. Its not giving up, its being smart. I will talk scheduling later, but I think a 5k or mile in florida (or no race at all) will be a good idea, and if im ready for virginia, i am ready. If im not, plead my case for emory and marv frye to get a qualifying time for all ohio, dump on those fools and carry it through to conference. I havnt given up, and I wont.
Feels sore now (I walked home fast) Its a different sore, achy, not tight and constrictive or shooting pain. Is this the good kind of sore?
Crunches to the max + 60 pushups.
