Comments:
22' warm up and a few drills
4 X 5'/3' around the Freake Block with MK and KV.
Another 25 mins home for the cool down.

KV is running well and is the Guarantor for my passport. Got to see the house where she grew up. MK came over for stir fry and to discus the direction of Mercury. Things should be okay
