Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First run in Eugene. Ran to Pre Trails then to Hayward field and through campus. Stopped at Hayward and TRAN taught me the agility/form drills that I will be doing this summer. Came back and lifted + core work.

It band twinged a couple times about 6 minutes in, stopped, stretched and it was mostly fine for the rest of the run.

It was sore later that afternoon walking around.
