Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Dominated the swim this morning. Got some ultrasound before hand. I couldnt really feel it, but I bet its helping. Then jumped into the pool. Literally, went 15 minutes with out stopping once. It was hard at the end, and my breathing went off of 3 a few times. I was impressed. I usually havd to take at least one break.
Stretch briefly after, then some Grab-it.
