Woke up this morning feeling some of the cold that has been going around. Stuffy head and grumbly stomach. Slogged through the day (pretty beat now) and it showed on the bike. Just went for alittle over 30 minutes. Ehh everyone has an off day.

Jogged on track for a little

Stretch Static 1, roll, L7 and pushups. Saw everyone off to the meet good luck. Good luck tomorrow too. Ice pack.
