wasnt expecting this to feel good, but this was pretty bad. a bit tired going into it, but not an excuse for as bad as it ended up to be. first 3 were 67, next 3 were 73....did faster xc workouts pacewise doing 400s...oh well. I know the recovery was short etc etc but still was bad and should have been much better. Hopefully will be more opportunities, because turnover is nonexistent at the moment. Lifting after, will run both days this weekend.
