Carlton Intervals

Ehh felt sick last night, groggy this morning. Decided a night workout was what I needed. Contemplated not doing anything today, but excersice always helps me feel better. I guess it worked I was pretty pessimistic today.

Walked/ran cause it was cold out down to Carlton, then got on the bike. Set it on intervals. It was basically like a hill workout. Did 10 intervals, pushin real hard on the hard parts. Back kinda was sore after that... Not great. 10 min cool down after. A few people came and went in the room. One dude had a CD player. Old School.

J Frey showed up later, hit the treadmill while I stretched and L7 and abs. IDK how I feel at the end of the day. I can still feel something wrong with my back, but I cant tell if it has transition from bad sore to good sore. Take this week off for sure, try and run next weekend. That is still my goal.

Remember, Pain is temporary, but your finishing time posted on the Internet is forever...
