Comments:
I've been pretty careful about what I've been eating the past couple days and I'm thinking it's probably not a coincidence that I felt so good during today's run. Today was supposed to just be an easy day to prepare for tomorrow's 10 miler, but when you feel that good you just have to go for it. Also, I got pretty drunk last night, so I'm even more surprised at how good I felt. Hope I feel as good tomorrow so I can kill the 10 miler and end a very solid week of training.
