treadmill cutdown @ 1.0% incline, 0-10:00 @ 9mph, 10:00-20:00 @ 9.5mph, 20:00-30:00 @ 10mph, 30:00-40:00 @ 10.3mph, 40:00-50:00 @ 10.7-11.0mph
CD w/ Grog & Bitchardson back to apartment.
Grogan and I ran down to Veale because we didn't want to run outside. I planned on cutting down for an hour, but apparently after 30 minutes Grogan noticed my treadmill had scooted forward about 3 feet through my momentum I guess, and my treadmill was situated in middle of the path between the two rows of machines in Veale's cardio room. So I got off the treadmill and pulled it backwards, then started the 10 minute 10.3mph session, but because I was running faster, the treadmill was back in the middle of the cardio room after 10 minutes. so I got off the treadmill, pulled it back, and proceeded to run the last 10 minutes between 10.7-11.0mph. My mental focus was out the window, so I didn't go an hour. but this was still a good workout. Picked up Bitchardson on the cooldown.
