Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a mile shake out run in the morning and felt awful. My legs felt trashed from the day before. When I warmed up for the race, I felt pretty bad. We warmed up for the first half in the bubble but the baseball team kicked us out and we finished it outside. The race itself was also a disaster but I learned a lot from it so it wasn'ta complete waste. I took Dolan's advice a little too far and I sat back in the middle of the pack for a while when I should've been up front with Donn. I pretty much even splitted the race with the last mile being the fastest so although I thought I ran ballsy, the time itself was horrible. Oh well, I'll win both next year. Cooled down with Donn and his friend after the race.
