10x400 in 64, 65, 63, 63, 64, 65, 62, 63, 61, 61. good workout, really just tried to run within myself the whole way. maybe if I'd gone out harder on the last 2 I could have run faster, but I just wanted to stay smooth and hold my form. 3' rest.
