2000s simulated in the cardio room

Heard through the grapevine that the workout was 2000m at tempo pace, and I quickly devised a good workout on the bike for that. Got STEM first, which was cranked up. I was sore after that. Went 12 min warm up, 6:45 hard, 2 min rest x3, 5 min a little easier, then simulated 200s with 40 hard and 1:20 rest x3. 12 min cool down brought it exactly to 60min, which I didnt plan at all... No Ipod, did well on the first 2 legs but the third I fell off a lot... HR was still above 150, so close to tempo effort, especially on the bike. Tried to keep RPM between 95 and 105.

After went right down for back rehab. I was super tired, almost went to take a nap in the middle...

Stretch, roll, L7 abs and pushups upstairs before getting an ice bag. Its gonna get hectic w/ UAA Swimming at the end of this week, so Ill get into the training room as much as I can.

My back is feeling better Honestly, I think I feels good sore now. The lower part where the strain is doesnt feel anything really, but my oliques and shoulder is a little sore. Might be from rehab, or everything else moving back into place. I think that is were the good sore is, and It puts me on track to get back on the track.
