Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Indoors
Comments:
Today I feel good, and feeling good means running longer distances. Yay! It's funny how I used to hate running and now it is one of my favorite things to do. I will be doing 5 miles at a steady pace. Nothing too fast. This going to be more form work then speed.
***So I had to wait to get on the "Mill" and did a warm up on the bike. I planned on doing a steady run at about 6.5 mph. But I got impatient and bumped up the speed between 7 to 8.5 mph. I think it is funny that my shorter runs have not only become longer (4 miles and up) but that I have less patients for them then I do the longer runs. I have to stick to what I say. If I am going to do a steady state run, I have to stick to that.
