Felt pretty good so tried another workout. The wind really showed my fatigue from the other two workouts. Suppose to go 2 x 10 at 6:15 pace and them 6:05-6:10 pace, but Tom cut the last one to a mile. I did each in 6:15ish pace. Then 6 x 150 in 27.4-28.01 with 250 jogs. (Jogs between sets and 150s in cool down mileage below.)
