Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Packed and exhausting day today. Errbody else was doing 400s, so I opted for the interval workout on the bike. THere wasnt a huge rush of swimmers in the training room, so I got to heat. We shall see once competition starts up tomorrow... Up to the bike did a 15 min warm up, then t=did the interval session for 20 mins. It was 1 min on 1 min off. Pretty tough HR was 160 at the end, high for a bike... Tried to push it hard. Not too sore at the end.
Down to rehab, bumped it up.
Stretch roll L7 and abs while everyone was finishing the workout.
Meeting with coach, and a little 2 mile jog tomorrow...
