Got to bust out my new Hawaiian shirt today, which I must say is sweet. I did the same 5x600 workout as the last 2 weeks, but this time I was indoors and only took 90 seconds of rest. It started to get tough on the last 2, but not bad. Splits were 1:41 1:40 1:39 1:39 1:41
