WU: Veale through Little Italy to outdoor track, back to Veale (with Wyatt for all of it, Aaron and J. Frey for the way there)
15x400 @75 with 1:00 rest (75,75,74,75,74,75,73,75,74,76,73,75,73,72,67)-maybe?, some of the 73s,74s,and 75s all run together in my mind (with Wyatt)

I printed out my thesis this afternoon to do some proofreading this afternoon and chose to do it in the Veale balcony. Coach Lanese walked by and told me I was running at Indoor UAAs next week in New York instead of at BW on Friday, so I had 15x400 today instead of the easy version. I was expecting to have to do it alone, but Wyatt was also not running at BW so we did it together. We tried running on the outdoor track but it was still snow-covered so we had to go back to Veale and run indoors.
Wyatt took the inside for the first six 400s and I stayed on his shoulder still managing to hit the paces. Coach told us to take longer rest if we were struggling to hit the pace but we had no problems consistently running 75s. At one point I took the inside and started running more like 73s but realized the mistake and relaxed. We did run a 76 on one because we had to pass the girls and it threw our pacing off. We managed to turn it up some for the last couple intervals with no trouble. We could have ran 75s all day.
