Comments:
girls team, turned off at mass ave to make it a shorter run, slow up until mass then picked it up a little bit. 4 field length strides at the end, then 4 half length. A lot more energy than yesterday, lots more sleep last night and whatnot. Odd foot thing, feels creaky and compressed at the base of 2nd-5th toe and around the foot (and blister whatnots again...). May try old shoes tomorrow to see if it changes anything. Timing a bit off, went from the 15 though at the base of glover.
