Weather: for some reason it was pretty darn hot today, upper 60s
Comments:
inverted distance pyramid, 16, 12, 8, 12, 16, went 5:04, 3:45, 2:28, 3:47, 5:09, felt pretty fatigued the whole way through, blistered like crazy from the start, felt somewhat strong and form didn't break down too terribly but just felt like the workout took too much out of me for what it was, whatever still a solid workout for the first week of the season, surprising heat also got to me
