Comments:
Tough workout. 2 Mile on the Track, 11 x 400, 2 x Hills, Road 2 Mile, 2 x Hills.
Splits-9:45, 68,67,67,68,67,68,67,67,68,70,69. The 400's were super hard because we only jogged 100 meters in between each. I was spent on the road 2 mile but managed 10:38(hilly).
