Comments:
Back was a little fussy in the AM, but then felt much better as the day went on. Ran 4mi from In-Shape in South EUG - felt really good. Some bit of soreness, but otherwise a good, strong run. Little to no soreness in the afternoon.
At work: avoided sitting on the stool (<50% of the time).
