Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Out 3 and back @ 6:00, 5:40, and 5:30.
3X1000 @ 3:00 w/ 3 min rest
3X200 accelerators
Not sure if I hit my last two mile paces since i wasn't sure where the markers were but I averaged under 5:30 so i guess it doesn't matter.
1000's were way easy. Running on an outdoor track for the first time in months. Times were 3:00, 2:58, 2:57
Accelerators felt pretty good. Times were :29, :28,:29
Nice long cooldown
