Comments:
Was quite excited for today. Was content with the mile, going back and forth with a girl then opened up a big gap on the 7th lap. Felt a bit tight in the upper body and in breathing, shoe lace was untied for the whole thing which was a bit annoying. All in all, was content though, couldve done better, but that's what springs for =). 1000 was some ish, felt bad on the warm up (more than usual fatigue from a race) and was just a bad race overall. Only goodish out of it was I ran essentially the same time last year but was fresh last year. Felt shakey after, and shakiness didn't go away after I got home and ate some. Turns out been running a 102 fever...explains the quickly changing sweats/chills and fatigue after 2 nights of 10 hours of sleep...exhausted now. Sleep time now! Ran good, friends.
