Got a good nights sleep last night, feeling a little more energized and into it. I would like to be doing long runs soon on sundays rather than swim. I know it is way better. Anyways got down to veale, the pools have been closed for a long time because of UAA, and now that open swim is finally back it is in the old pool... odd. This one guy was real pissed. Chill out bro.
Jumped in and started going. WEnt 15 min at 3 breaths, 10 kick, 10 at 3 breaths, 5 kick. I was getting a little bored at the end, but it still felt pretty strong. Not as cardio intensive thought. Back felt pretty good in the water.
Stretch, roll, L7 in the locker room. Emory was in the shower this week, so I had to leave all chloriney.
