Comments:
I definitely had way more in me. Still was able to close too fast. I think Well under sub 9 is definitely within reach. If I'm feeling good I think I can get really close to my outdoor 3k pr from high school at conferences. I just need to be able to stay focused between 1600 and 2500. That's where I'm falling off the pace.
