Ran toby's workout with him again.

Workout was:
3x800 with 2:00 rest after (goal 2:40,4:00,2:40)
2x400 with 1:30 rest after (goal 75-80)

hit 2:33,3:52,2:37 for the 8's, 77 for the first 400 and then Toby's quad cramped up. Did a 2 at 37 and he was done. I did a few hundreds just for kicks (and giggles) and was hitting high 13's.
